Due to the nature of our products, we require full payment up front on converters and 50% payment on transmissions. We have a customer specification sheet to be filled out so that we can have a good idea of the customers needs before we reach out. Before we complete the order process, we will give the customer a realistic lead time and full price including shipping.
Order Process
We only ship UPS or XPO freight. XPO offers residential and tailgate delivery options. That is an upcharge, and gan get costly, so we suggest shipping to a business with a dock if possible.
Shipping Policy
Cores are charged at time of order. They are charged separately for ease of crediting. We deduct for broken cases, and in some cases for parts. We are honest and forthcoming about this, and you typically know if you granulated a gear set! Cores must be returned within 3 weeks for a full credit.
Core Charge Return Policy
All of our products carry a warranty. We use the best parts money can buy, and many carry their own manufacturer's replacement warranty. In the event you have an issue with our product and you are the original purchaser, please call for return authorization.
You are responsible for all freight charges. If we determine a failure of a warrantied part we will repair at our standard labor rate, minus all covered parts.
